Pricing

The CONGO system is available in 2 forms. The first is a license to deploy and use the server for your own event(s), hosted on your own servers.

Stonekeep also offers a full registration service for your event, that includes hosting, onsite checkin, registration, badging, and staffing as needed.

Server Licensing

This license applies to one installation of the CONGO application server. The server runs on any platform that supports a Java virtual machine (which includes Windows, Unix, or Mac OSX). To run the Coconut web client, a PHP-enabled web server is required.

The package includes:

• The CONGO Application server
• API Documentation
• The Coconut web client
• The Java sample GUI
• Database structures
• Documentation for installation and configuration

This license also includes:

• 10 hours of free phone and email support
• Free updates and bugfixes for 1 year

1 year license cost: $3500

Onsite services

Stonekeep also is available for pre-event and onsite management of the event, including online registration, credit card processing, onsite checkin and badging. We have an entire cluster of hardware we can transport to your event and set up onsite to handle all your arriving guests.

$1.50 per attendee, plus expenses for expendables, shipping, etc.

Service bundle

If you use CONGO year-round for managing your event(s), and also contract with Stonekeep for onsite registration services for at least one event, a discounted license is available for the CONGO server for only $1500/yr.
